All necessary for a nice summer vacation within a walking distance: the city’s biggest shopping centres, a concert house, the old town area, cafes, restaurants, places for summer events are located in the vicinity. 1.5 km to the sand beach.
The apartment is located on the 5-6th floor of a modern storey house that was finalised in 2013. A beautiful view opens from the apartment to the nighttime Pärnu city and the river. There is an elevator in the house.
The apartment passes through two storeys. On the ground floor there is a dining room with a kitchen corner, WC+washing room; on the upper floor there are 2 separately located rooms.
There is a TV in each room. WiFi. Conditioner. Dishwasher. SAUNA.
In total, there are 2+3 bed places: a double bed, a sofa bed, a camp bed, which can be placed according to wishes.
